Taekwondo
Ages 7-Adult
Build character, strength and confidence using traditional techniques with practical application suitable for competition and self defense. While our primary focus is Taekwondo, we cross train in Boxing and ground game basics to ensure that our students are well rounded and ready to train in a second art or, apply to protect. We practice both WTF and ITF style sparring diligently and work hard to drive our forms home for championships.

Grappling
Hit the mats with Coach Rob!
Our grappling program builds strength, confidence, and skills-from beginners to advanced. Learn takedowns, pins, submissions and other techniques to stay in control for practical application in real-world self defense or wrestling style competition
Ages 4-6
Burn off excess energy as we work on essential life skills such as balance, focus, coordination, and respect all through game play. Our ninjas learn more commonly used Taekwondo techniques to get a jump start to the next level and learn body awareness necessary to play other sports. While our ninjas earn stripes just like our regular Taekwondo group but, they also learn goal setting and discipline during on and off the mat practice. This helps keep them accountable and motivated.

Fitness Boxing
Punch, kick, sweat and transform! Not only is basic Boxing techniques part of our Taekwondo curriculum, we also offer it as a high impact workout in an independent program. Our fitness kickboxing session combines powerful martial arts techniques. Move at your own pace to help
